In Korea, we have 3 " Bok " days during summer and you are supposed to eat some energy boosting food on that day...usually MEAT ! Last night we all went out for " smoked Duck ".. mmmm it was YAMMY !! OK, here we have smoked duck with steamed vegetables . You wrap the duck with those vegetables , dip in yellow garlic sauce or mustard sauce ....it is heaven, really. Oh, and again, I never wear circle lenses everyday..... I wear them only on the weekends and when I go out after work . It's always good idear to wear glasses when you are tired or not in a good condition. Right now, I'm wearing Glasses !

Hello Everyone! This is Hiromi from e- circlelens .com in Seoul, Korea. We often receive questions such as; "how many hours can I wear circle lenses?" "Can I wear circle lens every day?" Well, we do not recommend to wear circle lens more than 8 hours a day. Furthermore, we do not recommend to wear circle lens 8 hours every day! The reason is simple, Circle Lens was made for Beauty purpose (as well as eye sight correction) and the colored part will block oxygen supply to your eyes...... So, you should remove circle lenses whenever you feel discomfort , DO NOT wait for 8 hours! In my case, I wear circle lenses 2-3 times a week , usually on the weekends and when I go out after work.
